<div>As a Lead engineer you will be working closely with the client in order to execute their design engineering projects with close co-ordination of your Hull design team. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
<ul><li>
Responsible for the planning and coordination of all engineering activities within a project.</li><li>
Leading a team of engineers within the detail design department (distributing, controlling and monitoring activities of all team members) for the hull &amp; outfitting section &amp; the basic design department.</li><li>
Setting up the engineering planning and monitoring of the execution of assigned tasks.</li><li>
Ensure that the engineering activities are conducted on time and as per client requirements.</li><li>
Occasionally performs engineering work (drawings, overviews, layouts).</li><li>
Performing engineering work in accordance with the requirements of the project (budget, schedule, safety and customer requirements).</li><li>
Leading a team of designers: work coordination, checking the drawings, coaching and support.</li><li>
In charge of the 3D design and modifications of a hull structure, superstructure, outfitting areas &amp; basic design areas, according to the technical specifications, classification rules, statutory body and client's requirements.</li><li>
Ensuring the right quality of completed work.</li><li>
Coordination with suppliers, clients and subcontractors.</li><li>
Strong Management skills equipped with capability to multi task and handle few projects at the same time.</li><li>
Assist Project Manager in pre-sales and post-sales support.</li><li>
Willing to re-locate on client site either domestic or International on short notice.</li><li>
Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.</li></ul>

Job Requirements:
<ul><li>
You are a diploma/graduate/Masters in Shipbuilding or Naval Architecture with relevant experience of 8 to 10 years.</li><li>
You have worked on detail and basic design projects in area of Shipbuilding &amp; Offshore.</li><li>
You have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers.</li><li>
You have minute attention to detail and seek perfection in your work.</li><li>
You would like to continue to develop your technical &amp; intra-personal knowledge and use it to retain &amp; create satisfied customers.</li></ul>

Lead Engineer - Hull

<div>As Junior Executive you will play a key role in executing business strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the Business Development team and Senior Management team to achieve business development objectives. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
<ul><li>
Develop and execute business development campaigns to promote the company&rsquo;s services and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>
Manage the CRM &amp; marketing pipeline to build &amp; execute sales.</li><li>
Work closely with the Marketing team to design and optimize marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.</li><li>
Plan and implement digital marketing activities such as SEO, SMC, email campaigns, and CRM-driven engagement.</li><li>
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.</li><li>
Coordinate press releases, media communications, and brand awareness initiatives.</li><li>
Support business development through marketing strategies and event participation (online &amp; offline), including domestic &amp; international maritime exhibitions.</li><li>
Organize corporate events while staying updated on market trends for continuous improvement.</li><li>

Job Requirements:

Education &amp; Experience: You're a graduate or post-graduate in BCA, BBA, MBA, Arts, or Marketing&mdash;with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with the right mindset are welcome!</li><li>
Digital &amp; Design Skills: You&rsquo;re familiar with social media platforms and have working knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software&mdash;it&rsquo;s a big plus.</li><li>
Communication &amp; Presentation: You&rsquo;ve got a way with words&mdash;both written and spoken&mdash;and can create impressive reports and presentations using PowerPoint or Prezi.</li><li>
Tech-Savvy &amp; Analytical: Proficient in MS Office, and ideally comfortable with tools like SurveyMonkey. You're analytical, curious, and think on your feet.</li><li>
Mindset &amp; Commitment: You're proactive, creative, ready to travel when needed, and committed to growing with us for at least 2 years.</li></ul>

You have working experience in 3D ship design software like Aveva Marine, Cadmatic and Ship Constructor etc.</li><li>
You have worked on detail or basic design projects in area of shipbuilding &amp; offshore.</li><li>
You have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers.</li><li>
You have minute attention to detail and seek perfection in your work.</li><li>
You will be willing to continue to develop your technical knowledge and skills.</li><li>
You are ready to serve minimum service commitment of 1 years in our company.</li></ul>
