Sales strategy and execution:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets</li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities</li>
<li>Monitor the agent's objective and set their goals to be achieved</li>
<li>Achieve yearly sales target SME's/Individuals new &amp; renewal according to AOP.</li>
<li>Manage Agents objectives by forecasting, scheduling, analyzing &amp; initiating new sales initiatives according to the given KPI&rsquo;s</li>
</ul>
Team leadership &amp; people development:
<ul>
<li>Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets</li>
<li>Provide coaching, training and mentorship to imprve team performance and sales skills
</li><li>Monitor progress and conduct perfroamcne reviews regularly for team members
</li><li>Train new employees to ensure professional performance
</li><li>Identify the needs of the team members&rsquo; development to improve selling skills</li>
<li>Annual vacation plan for team members
</li><li>In-house trainng courses
</li><li>Deliver performance reviews of team members, conducts disciplinary interview complete and file all necessary documents, compulsory business requirements &amp; HR documents</li>
</ul>
Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Send daily reports to the management team</li>
<li>Share team members update/info to the SME Development team as per required information</li>
<li>Ensure accurate data and up to date CRM records for all sales activities and client information
</li><li>Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete all reporting, forecasting in a timely manner</li>
</ul>
Customer experience and excellence:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate, provide feedback, monitor and motivate branch/field sales team to provide an excellent customer experience, while improving business calls, meeting quality and performance requirements
</li><li>Resolve outlet/sales team &amp; customers issues or submits unsettled issues to the sales, operation management &amp; HR department for appropriate actions
</li><li>Deliver Client service level agreement and KPI's</li>
<li>Interact directly with SME&rsquo;s, Bupa operations, pricing, finance, membership, CCHI,compliance,sales quality, collection, facility &amp; training development to ensure customer expectations are met by Bupa team and actively pursue feedback</li>
</ul>

Purpose of the Role:
As a Subject Access Request Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer data requests in line with regulatory frameworks such. You'll ensure fair treatment of customers, maintain data privacy, and collaborate across departments to deliver timely and accurate responses. Your decisions will directly impact customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
This role operates on a shift rotation basis, including weekends.

Deliver the agreed customer service experience through:

Taking full ownership of Subject Access, resolving each case in line with FCA, FSC, and TCF principles, or equivalent regulations applicable in other jurisdictions.</li><li>

Adhering to privacy and data protection requirements when handling Subject Access Requests.</li><li>
Logging and managing incidents through ServiceNow to process member requests accurately.</li><li>
Communicating securely with members using encrypted emails and following established guidelines for Subject Access Requests.</li><li>
Collaborating effectively with internal departments to ensure comprehensive and satisfactory outcomes for members.</li><li>
Identifying opportunities for service improvement through feedback from Quality Assurance, team meetings, and 121 sessions.</li><li>
Promptly complete quality assessment remediation and consistently apply feedback to improve future performance.</li><li>
Proactively suggesting enhancements to improve the overall customer experience.</li><li>
Complying with all regulatory guidelines, including those set by Financial Conduct Authorities.</li><li>

Responsible for the output and performance of our content and creative from appointed PR and creative agencies.</li><li>

Tailor global messaging and creative assets for all markets across ROW. Understand Bupa Global and partner brand guidelines and own all financial promotions (banners, web pages etc) for annual regulatory review.</li><li>
Ensure marketing and sales activities are connected, workflows are set up and campaign strategy is personalised through content creation, personas and brand experience.</li><li>
Own and lead delivery of marketing reports to provide updates and analysis around ROI against various key performance indicators (KPIs) across ROW markets. Convey insights and findings to the senior management on a regular basis.</li><li>
Work closely with wider marketing and digital teams and sales and compliance stakeholders, fostering an environment where strategies are tested, and innovative ideas are brought to life.</li></ul>
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
<ul><li>Successful track record as Senior Marketing Manager, with broad experience of using multiple channels, online, offline, events, sponsorships and PR.</li><li>
Track record of paid spend optimisation across ROW and channels with budgets in excess of c.&pound;1M.</li><li>
Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth.</li><li>
Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team.</li><li>
Track record of managing external agencies for creative, media, PR and events</li><li>
Budget management experience.</li><li>
Experience of leading others; creating a positive team culture in a hybrid team.</li><li>
Advanced PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.</li><li>
Knowledge of French, Cantonese or Arabic will be an advantage.</li><li>
Strong collaboration skills working seamlessly with diverse teams globally.</li><li>
Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous.</li></ul>

Role overview:
To take responsibility for entire claims assessment and claims missing information, requests, process including benefit explanation.
What you'll do:
<ul><li>Inputting claims into the computer system with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>To action any claim related query in line with Bupa Global policy and style.</li><li>To obtain all necessary information on claims for the purpose of complete processing, including liaison with internal departments, using the following methods: telephone or e-mail. This may also include gaining information to research further details required to assess a claim.
</li><li>Respond to all relevant incoming correspondence and queries from our internal departments. This will be as per the Claims department key performance indicators, which state turnaround time and quality standards.</li><li>Ensure the correct interpretation of BUPA Internationals' policy and rules, using the correct compatible combinations of codes for accurate processing of data, in accordance with our service standards and customer expectations.</li><li>To provide excellent customer service for our members as stated in our aims and mission statement. The job holder will need to make customer focused actions based on effective decision making skills. This will also include excellent internal customer service, with continuous contribution given towards achieving individual, team and department goals and objectives.</li><li>To contribute to the continuous development of the claims process by identifying opportunities for product development and process improvement.</li><li>Suspend claims that require further investigation in order to resolve appropriately to ensure the correct continuation of processing within agreed timeframes and standards in suspend process.</li><li>Logging claims on the system under correct members' registrations, when needed.</li><li>Translate Arabic documents to English when requested by other Bupa International departments.</li><li>Recognize and challenge possible fraudulent information and proactively seek to clarify and resolve using best method of communication and initiative.</li><li>To comply with and abide by the requirements of the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority at all times</li><li>Work on shift basis according to business need.</li></ul>
