You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.Responsibilities&middot; Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.&middot; To work on online platforms like amazon and on our own website.&middot; Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.&middot; Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.&middot; Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.&middot; Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.&middot; Designing and implementing a strategic business and sales plan that expands company&rsquo;s customer base and ensure its strong presence.&middot; Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.&middot; Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.&middot; Be punctual for the timing and honest with work.&middot; Follow the Company&rsquo;s rules and regulations and co-operate with the staff.Requirements&middot; BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field&middot; Minimum 3 -5 years experience&middot; Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets&middot; Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences&middot; Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization&middot; Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close&middot; Strong business sense and industry expertise&middot; Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsJob Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Marketing Manager: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
