Location: Hinsdale, IL (in-person visits required) Compensation: $200 &ndash; $1,000 per approved campaign (based on complexity) Estimated Work: ~20 campaigns per yearAbout the Role A luxury local retail store is seeking a highly independent Content Creator to produce polished marketing campaigns for email, Instagram, and related digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, excellent taste, and the ability to take an idea from concept to finished campaign with minimal supervision.The creator will be responsible for identifying featured items in-store, sourcing or producing imagery, writing compelling copy, and assembling professional layouts that reflect a luxury brand aesthetic.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit the store in person to select and photograph featured items when needed</li><li>Source vendor-provided imagery or take original photos as appropriate</li><li>Edit and refine images using AI tools or traditional editing tools</li><li>Write concise, compelling marketing copy suitable for luxury retail</li><li>Design campaign layouts for email and social media</li><li>Maintain a refined visual aesthetic consistent with a luxury brand</li><li>Complete campaigns quickly to remain relevant to changing fashion seasons</li></ul>Campaign Production Process (Required Workflow) Each campaign follows a strict approval structure:<ul><li>Concept Proposal &ndash; Present campaign idea (approx. 15 minutes preparation) &rarr; approval</li><li>Rough Draft &ndash; Initial layout and copy (&lt;2 labor hours ) &rarr; approval</li><li>Graphic Acquisition &ndash; Gather imagery, photos, and assets (&lt;6 labor hours) &rarr; approval</li><li>Final Layout &ndash; Typography, formatting, and composition (&lt;2 labor hours)</li><li>Final Presentation &ndash; Submit finished campaign (email / Instagram format) &rarr; approval</li></ul>Total production time per campaign must be no longer than one week from concept to final delivery.Compensation Structure<ul><li>$200 &ndash; $1,000 per fully approved campaign</li><li>Payment varies based on complexity and production requirements</li><li>Approximately 20 campaigns annually</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Highly self-directed and able to work independently</li><li>Strong visual taste appropriate for luxury retail</li><li>Skilled in photo editing, layout design, and copywriting</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools and modern design software</li><li>Efficient and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality</li><li>Resourceful in sourcing imagery and creating assets</li></ul>Important ExpectationThis role requires a creator who takes ownership of the entire process.
