burger-chan, a gourmet counter-service burger restaurant located in the Galleria area, is seeking a back-of-house team member.If you're ready to learn and willing to work with our current crew to put out high-quality food and drinks in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you!Bar team members are expected to:&middot; Set up and prep station before service&middot; Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times&middot; Carry out responsibilities in a timely, organized, clean manner&middot; Break down station and clean up after service&middot; Label and date prepped items, and follow FIFO procedure&middot; Perform other duties as needed&middot; Take on special tasks or help out others when not busy&middot; Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projectsCurrent shifts are AM and PM Shifts for Tuesdays &amp; Wednesday 10:00AM - 11:00PM Thursday, Friday &amp; Saturday 10:00AM - 1:00AM Sunday 10:00AM - 9:00PMOn average team members work 5 days a week.Bar pay is $9 during training period then $5 + Tips.Staff meal is included with each shift and provide company shirts.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
