</li></ul><p><b>B&amp;N Senior Project Manager Responsibilities</b>:</p><p></p><ul>
<li>Lead and/or supervise the planning and design of municipal projects, which include transportation, water/wastewater conveyance, and storm water engineering projects for municipalities and public agencies.</li><li>
Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
</li><li>Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience.</li>
<li>Serve as project manager and/or technical subject matter expert on projects with limited complexity and/or size and works on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of a large project.</li>
<li>Assist with marketing, business development, proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations.</li>
<li>Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients and with the establishment of new clients.</li>
<li>Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk.</li>
<li>Opportunity to train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications:
</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas required; or ability to register through reciprocity</li>
<li>15+ years related to the delivery of municipal transportation and storm water projects</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. The ability to provide oversight of design staff working in AutoCAD Civil3D is required. Ability to provide oversight of design staff working in MicroStation/Open Roads Designer is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven project pursuit, client management, and project management skills
