 Our client, an established, Bay Area&ndash;based private investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support multiple senior leaders in its San Francisco office. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, anticipates needs, and operates with a high level of professionalism and discretion.  THE NITTY GRITTY:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior executives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and meeting coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, reconcile, and process expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize meetings, prepare conference rooms, and develop presentation materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update internal CRM systems for pipeline and deal tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate catering and daily office logistics (including team lunches)
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide backup support across the admin team as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 THE ESSENTIALS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in financial services, private equity, or professional services strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 CRM experience a plus! (Salesforce preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented with a proactive, &ldquo;no task too small&rdquo; attitude
 </li>

 COMPENSATION:
