<div>Principal Responsibilities: TECHNICAL<br>

<ul><li>Ensures a safe, comfortable, sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate requirements.</li><li>Performs preventative maintenance procedures.</li><li>Requires full range of body motion.</li></ul>
ADMINISTRATIVE<br>
<ul><li>Maintains equipment necessary to meet Center needs.</li><li>Understands department budget.</li><li>Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, Sate and Corporate</li></ul>
requirements.<br>
<ul><li>May train personnel to meet Center needs.</li><li>Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.</li></ul>
SUPERVISORY<br>
<ul><li>May assume role of Director in his absence. QUALIFICATIONS</li><li>One year experience in a long term care center preferred.</li><li>Ability to read and write English for business necessity.</li><li>Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.</li><li>One year experience in basic trades preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of plant support systems (cooling/heating, emergency systems) preferred.</li></ul>
CONSUMER SERVICE<br>
<ul><li>Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.</li><li>Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.</li><li>Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.</li></ul></div>
