What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></div><div>
As a <b>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee</b>, you will provide direct, 1:1 behavioral support to children with autism or other disabilities in their homes. Your role will involve implementing individualized behavioral programs, collecting data on client progress, and working closely with families to ensure a positive and supportive environment. This is a fantastic entry-level position for anyone interested in psychology, education, social work, therapy, or special education. You'll be making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families!<br>

We&rsquo;ll pay you for your <b>40 hours of training</b>, and once you pass the <b>RBT exam</b>, we&rsquo;ll cover the cost! You&rsquo;ll have access to online training, session overlaps, and hands-on support to help you prepare. Certification must be completed within 90 to 180 days of your start date.<br>

Spanish-speaking</b> is a plus</li><li><b>
CPR &amp; First Aid Certification </b>is required</li><li>
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively</li><li>
Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients</li><li>
Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required</li><li>
Behavioral knowledge/experience is preferred, but not necessary</li><li>
Valid California driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation is required</li><li>

Requirements:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Minimum of 6 months of experience</b> working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting. <b>Relevant direct-care experience</b>, including supporting children with neurodiverse needs or caring for a family member in a similar capacity, will also be thoughtfully considered.</li><li>
Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability)</li><li>

In this role, you&rsquo;ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients, guide Behavior Technicians, and advance your career in Applied Behavior Analysis. What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</b></div><p>
The ABA Supervisor position is an opportunity for a qualified professional with the necessary training, education, and experience to serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional (QASP). In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and oversee the implementation of ABA programs by Behavior Technicians. You will also be responsible for developing and executing individualized Treatment Plans under the guidance of a BCBA, Licensed Individual, or Clinical Director. With expertise in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities&mdash;including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and other delays&mdash;you will ensure that interventions are evidence-based and tailored to each client&rsquo;s unique needs.</p><div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><p>
Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays, in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary professionals.</p></li><li><div>
Deliver both individual and group learning experiences aimed at helping clients achieve their treatment goals and objectives.</div></li><li><div>
Train, supervise, and provide guidance to Behavior Interventionists to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans, reviewing client progress and goals regularly.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III), define target behaviors, and establish treatment goals with guidance from the BCBA or Licensed Clinical Supervisor.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans that promote adaptive skills and functional communication, supporting clients in home, school, and community environments.</div></li><li><div>
Empower parents, caregivers, and support staff by modeling and teaching intervention strategies that integrate into daily routines, fostering client independence.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze data, evaluate progress, and provide written reports to ensure strategies are evidence-based and remain effective.</div></li><li><div>
Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff, promoting collaboration and a positive environment.</div></li><li><div>
Manage ABA session schedules, making adjustments or cancellations as needed to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.</div></li><li><div>
Meet regularly with families and caregivers in-home to review progress, refine intervention strategies, and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively.</div></li><li><p>
Work primarily with children and adolescents up to 18 years of age.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Basic Qualifications (required):</b></p><ul><li><div>
+ 2 years of professional experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services or working in a similar role</div></li><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or higher in a related field</div></li><li><div>
Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability)</div></li><li><div>
Ability to pass a Live Scan FBI &amp; DOJ Clearance</div></li><li><div>
