Job Overview :
A Project Controls Engineer plays a vital role in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Successful Project Controls Engineer display strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/oral communication skills. They should be detail-oriented team members who can consistently meet deadlines and possess the ability to work independently as needed. Computer and interpersonal skills are necessary. Project Controls Engineer must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse workgroup of stakes holders.
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul><li>Understand EPC scope of work and identify the project deliverables, milestones, and targets</li>
<li>Collaborate with US counterparts, project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project data and ensure accurate reporting.</li>
<li>Create integrated project schedule in P6, perform critical path reviews, identify schedule risks.</li>
<li>Resource loading P6 schedule.</li>
<li>Create various schedule reports and determine the appropriate reporting format.</li>
<li>Should have good knowledge of engineering workflow and interdisciplinary dependencies.</li>
<li>Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team.</li>
<li>Progress monitoring of projects using earned value technique.</li>
<li>Monitoring &amp; controlling of project budget.</li>
<li>Knowledge about Ecosys or other Cost management tools.</li>
<li>Monitor and control project costs, including budget development, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.</li>
<li>Managing the Change Management System.</li>
<li>Create staffing plan and forecasting.</li>
<li>Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Project Report, Backlog analysis.</li>
<li>Identify and assess project risks and uncertainties.</li>

We are looking for Draftsman (Fresher / 1-2 Years experience) to join our growing Global Facilities team in the Mumbai office to support Mechanical design activities on projects mainly in the North America region.

Key Responsibilities:
o2D drafting of general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD to produce deliverables in 2D format like &ndash;
&sect;General Arrangement drawings of the Equipment room.
&sect;Development of plans and section drawings
&sect;As-built drawings
&sect;3D modeling of basic equipment shape
<ul><li>Responsible for coordinating assigned scope of work with other disciplines to generate a clash-free design.</li>
<li>Willing to advance in career by taking increased design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead designer/engineer.</li>
<li>A committed team player able to work on own initiative.</li>
<li>Ability to self-check and produce accurate work.</li>
<li>Good communication skills &ndash; written and verbal.</li>

<li>Knowledge of basic piping technical theory and drafting knowledge.</li>

<ul><li>Power system analysis load flow, short circuit, transient stability, voltage stability, relay coordination, harmonic analysis, flicker, voltage fluctuation and arc flash studies</li>
<li>Power transmission system master planning studies involving assessment of SVC, STACOM, frequency stability, outage planning studies, AGC and small signal stability analysis</li>
<li>Power distribution system master planning studies involving PV, electric vehicle, battery storage, reliability analysis and distribution system automation</li>
</ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering</li>
