<div>Burr &amp; Forman LLP is seeking candidates for a temporary summer intern/recruiting support to be based in our Birmingham office. This person will perform administrative duties related to the firm&rsquo;s recruiting program. The successful candidate will benefit from the experience of interesting, pivotal work in a friendly and professional environment.

This is a paid internship at $15 an hour for 30-40 hours per week for up to three months.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
<ul>
<li>Support the recruiting team in daily administrative tasks</li>
<li>Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution</li>
<li>Assist with onsite logistics for in-person events and remote set-up for virtual events</li>
<li>Assist with data entry</li>
</ul>
THE ESSENTIALS
<ul>
<li>Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort using internet-based technologies</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills to provide great internal customer service and handle sensitive information; requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and professional appearance</li>
<li>Continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials</li>
<li>Must be flexible, demonstrating the ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Must have a dependable vehicle, clean driving record, valid driver license, proof of liability insurance, and the ability to walk extensively and to lift 15 pounds</li>
<li>Some evening work may be required</li>

The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation.
