Burraq Consulting is seeking a skilled and creative <b>Graphic Designer + Social Media Content Planner</b> who can develop engaging visual content and manage the full lifecycle of our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in graphic design and at least two years of experience managing professional social media content for brands, corporate entities, or agencies.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Develop visually appealing and brand-aligned designs for social media posts, banners, infographics, and marketing materials.</p></li><li><p>
Plan, create, and schedule social media content across all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business objectives.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure all visual content complies with Burraq Consulting&rsquo;s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent identity.</p></li><li><p>
Produce dynamic content such as short videos, reels, motion graphics, and carousel posts to boost engagement.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor social media trends to refine content strategies and enhance reach and engagement.</p></li><li><p>
Work closely with internal departments to ensure content supports overall company goals, including training promotions, consultancy services, and brand awareness.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain an organized asset library of designs, templates, and creative materials.</p></li><li><p>
Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.</p></li><li><p>
Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple design and content projects simultaneously.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Manager.</p></li><li><p>
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools.</p></li><li><p>
Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a strong advantage.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, or Hootsuite.</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and engagement best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals that communicate effectively.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of branding principles and corporate design aesthetics.</p></li><li><p>
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and creativity.</p></li></ul><p><b>
