Job Summary:</b></div><div>
The On-site Pricing Analyst provides quotations, financial analyses and responses to customer-facing opportunities. The analyst will manage incoming opportunities, working with Sales to provide data required for accurate quotation and produce P&amp;Ls for senior management approval. The analyst will coordinate with the Sales Operations Manager to provide pricing inputs for RFP, RFI and other customer requests and administer contract workflows and approvals with organized storage in the document repository.<br>

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Lead the Bid Desk:</b> Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to assess opportunities and deliver accurate quotations.</li><li><b>
Manage Pre-Sales Workflow:</b> Track opportunities, create project P&amp;Ls, and secure approvals before submission.</li><li><b>
Develop Pricing Structures:</b> Design cost models for new solutions and service offerings, including logistics, warehousing, customer service, and technical support.</li><li><b>
Drive Collaboration:</b> Host meetings with Sales, Senior Management, and customers to define opportunities and present bids.</li><li><b>
Support Sales:</b> Assist with statements of work and ensure timely, accurate responses.</li><li><b>
Analyze &amp; Improve:</b> Conduct performance reviews, deliver reports, and identify trends for continuous improvement.</li><li><b>
Communicate Progress:</b> Keep stakeholders informed on pricing initiatives.</li><li><b>
Act as SME:</b> Provide market, product, and service expertise across functional teams.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Technical Skills:</b></li><li>
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros)</li><li>
Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency (Teams, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
</li><li><b>Financial Expertise:</b></li><li>
Cost modeling experience (field service industry preferred)</li><li>
Strong financial math skills</li><li><b>
Soft Skills:</b></li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation abilities</li><li>
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li></ul><div><b>
Education &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in finance, Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent experience</li><li>
Experience with cash management solutions (smart safes, recyclers, ATMs), kiosks, or other self-service solutions preferred</li><li>
Background in developing complex cost models and working with contracts, statements of work, and sales orders</li></ul></div>
