What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Lead and manage a team of skilled lube technicians, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.</li><li>
Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, training, performance management, and customer interactions.</li><li>
Perform oil changes, fluid services, and basic repairs while mentoring your team. 
Utilize TCS point-of-sale to track customers, process work orders, and manage inventory.</li><li>
Conduct multi-point inspections, provide accurate repair estimates, and communicate with customers in a clear, professional manner.</li><li>
Drive sales and service excellence, meeting forecasted goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Prior experience as a lube technician and in team leadership.</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot, inspect, and estimate vehicle repair needs.</li><li>
A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with TCS point-of-sale (preferred).</li><li>
A hands-on leader who motivates, coaches, and drives results.</li></ul>
