<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Summary</h3>

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for keeping our store and warehouse organized, stocked, and ready to serve customers. You&rsquo;ll unload trucks, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect products for damage, and maintain clean, safe storage areas. In addition, you&rsquo;ll support store operations by assisting with sales on the floor and helping customers load their vehicles.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced&mdash;perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys physical work, and thrives in a team environment.

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
<ul><li>
Unload delivery trucks and load customer pick-ups.
</li><li>
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves or stored in the warehouse.
</li><li>
Inspect stock items for wear, defects, or damage and report issues to supervisors.
</li><li>
Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas both in-store and in the warehouse.
</li><li>
Physically move and lift merchandise as needed.
</li><li>
Assist sales teams on the floor when needed.
</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service, including loading customer vehicles.
</li><li>
Follow direction, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.

Prior warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience is a plus.
