The Custodial Technician is responsible to the Lead Custodian and Custodial Supervisor for the cleanliness of the college facilities.<br>
<br>
Job duties include: Deep cleaning of classrooms, laboratories, offices, and high-traffic areas like lobbies and restrooms. Setting up and tearing down furniture (chairs, tables, podiums) for campus lectures, conferences, and athletic events. Other duties as assigned.<br>

<div><div>As an employee of Butler Community College Libraries and Archives, student workers play an important role in connecting patrons to library materials and services through the circulation desk and Library Latt&eacute;, the L.W. Nixon Library&rsquo;s coffee and boba bar.<br>
</div><div>
The student worker&rsquo;s primary responsibilities include administrative assistance, providing access to library materials and services through circulation and reference help, collections and shelf maintenance, running the Library Latt&eacute; under the supervision of professional library staff, and providing general support as needed.</div><div><br>
<br>
Looking for someone that can work over the summer and will also be able to stay with us through the fall. Hours for the summer are between 8 am and 5 pm. Times can be flexible.<br>

Student Worker: Library (El Dorado)

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT</b></div><div></div><p><br>
Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Student Success Coach. This is a regular, full-time tenure track non-teaching faculty position that will begin immediately. Evening hours as needed.</p><p>
Reporting to the Director of Student Access and Success, the Student Success Coach will work to oversee and support the disability service, tutoring, and retention programs at both BC3 @ Cranberry and BC3 @ Armstrong and the college&rsquo;s Main Campus. This includes providing accommodations and support services to students with disabilities in credit and non-credit programs; assisting and supporting BC3&rsquo;s staff and faculty with the day-to-day delivery of tutoring and disability services to students at all campus locations; and assists with overseeing tutors and academic aides at off campus sites. In addition, the Student Success Coach will work with a caseload of students to proactively connect them with resources, to communicate important deadlines and to use coaching strategies to encourage student success. Master&rsquo;s degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Adult Education, Student Personnel, Higher Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license. Experience working with students with disabilities preferred. Working knowledge of tutoring programs and/or experience as a tutor or instructor preferred. Experience in academic coaching or retention support programs preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook) and familiarity with accessibility technologies preferred. Strong understanding of college student development and transition theories, and experience working with academically underprepared students preferred.</p><p>
Salary ($43,000 - $45,000) will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Review of applications will begin immediately.
