Hiring for the 2026 Season- Experienced Bartender/ServerButler Country Club was founded in 1908 and is a hidden gem in Butler County. Our members enjoy an exceptional 18-hole golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, multiple indoor and outdoor dining options and a variety of social events.Our staff is passionate about providing outstanding personalized service to our members and their guests.Starting pay is $16 to $18 per hour plus service charge percentage and tips. Job Requirements:&middot; Minimum of 1-year multi-course serving experience&middot; Minimum of 1-year bartending experience&middot; Professional, friendly, detail oriented and reliable&middot; Neat, clean and well-kept appearance&middot; Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment and maintain high standards&middot; Willing to go above and beyond to provide outstanding service to our members and guests&middot; Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays&middot; Ramp or Tip Training&middot; Must be 18 years of age or olderJob Duties&middot; Learn and retain menu and bar knowledge&middot; Making cocktails following Club standards&middot; Taking and inputting orders with accuracy&middot; Utilizing proper fine dining serving and clearing techniques&middot; Setting up and restocking of bar area&middot; Other miscellaneous tasks as assignedButler Country Club is a Team Oriented environment.
