This position offers the opportunity to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment while building a stable career with a respected company.Position Summary The Cleaning Specialist performs duties that include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs</li><li>Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, toilets, and restroom fixtures</li><li>Maintaining clean and sanitary restroom facilities</li><li>Wiping down sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms</li><li>Restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas</li><li>Emptying trash cans, replacing liners, and cleaning receptacles as needed</li><li>Dusting and wiping walls, offices, desks, and furniture</li><li>Cleaning windows, windowsills, glass surfaces, and mirrors</li><li>Performing occasional heavy cleaning tasks and special projects</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Reside in Tioga or the surrounding area</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Must be drug free and able to pass a drug and alcohol screening</li><li>Possession of a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Apply today and be sure to visit our website at Butler-Industries.com to learn more about our team and what we do!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you in the Tioga ND area?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Janitorial: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
