What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Coordinate legal communications</li>
<li>Manage calendars, including trial dates, hearing dates, depositions, etc.</li>
<li>Schedule client meetings, depositions, hearings and handling logistical needs
</li><li>Draft, revise and proofread legal documents and correspondence</li>
<li>Handle preparation of hearing, trial, and deposition notebooks and exhibits</li>
<li>Assist with electronic filing of pleadings, exhibits and other legal documents</li>
<li>Maintain legal and confidential files and dockets in strict confidence</li>
<li>Perform related or similar duties as required or assigned</li>
</ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li>Knowledge of lifecycle of a lawsuit and terminology</li>
<li>A self-starter attitude</li>
<li>Experience in Specialized Advocacy work</li>
<li>Attention to detail and accuracy of work product</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Ability to draft correspondences and pleadings</li>
<li>Ability to accurately file documents, maintain calendar of depositions, and prepare document productions (with Bates numbers)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Superior technology skills &ndash; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with iManage and Aderant a plus</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills</li>
<li>High degree of professionalism
