<div><b>Key Outcome: Drive measurable performance through the strategic management, execution, and refinement of complex SEO campaigns.</b></div>
<div><i>Key Responsibilities:</i></div>
<div><ul><li>Lead day-to-day management of SEO campaigns, including keyword research, competitive analysis, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.</li><li>
Conduct comprehensive site audits and identify actionable recommendations for improving crawlability, accessibility, site speed, and information architecture.</li><li>
Analyze SEO performance in alignment with KPIs and client objectives; deliver clear insights and recommendations via regular reporting.</li><li>
Identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization across websites and business listings.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding SEO efforts and provide clear explanations of best practices and next steps.</li><li>
Support QA and testing of implementations when needed.</li></ul>

Translate client goals and challenges into tailored SEO strategies and roadmaps.</li><li>
Evaluate and recommend SEO platforms, tools, and partnerships that enhance execution and reporting capabilities.</li><li>
Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, tool advancements, and industry innovations to ensure strategies remain competitive.</li></ul>
</div><div><b>Key Outcome:</b> Establish and uphold SEO best practices across departments to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with broader marketing goals.</div>
<div><i>Key Responsibilities:</i></div>
<div><ul><li>Define and document agency-wide SEO best practices and playbooks with clarity and consistency.</li><li>
Collaborate with developers to ensure technical SEO recommendations are implemented correctly and efficiently.</li><li>
Partner with the Content Team to guide the creation of optimized content that supports both SEO and user experience goals.</li><li>
Maintain or contribute to internal documentation of SEO processes and standards.</li><li>
Participate in thought leadership initiatives, including blog posts, webinars, or industry speaking engagements.</li></ul>
</div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></div>
<div><b>REQUIRED &ndash;</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent work experience
</li><li>2+ years&rsquo; experience managing campaigns in the organic search ecosystem
</li><li>Experience executing search engine optimization practices
</li><li>Experience bringing strategic plans to execution
</li><li>Proven track record in operating with a high-level of integrity, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a challenging role with cross-functional commitments
</li><li>Google Analytics certification</li></ul>

<div><b>COMPENSATION</b></div>
<div>Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $44,000- $62,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.</div>

<div>This is just one component of Butler/Till&rsquo;s total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.</div></div><div></div>
