We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development or Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in business growth. This role will provide hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and market research. Key Responsibilities: &bull; Assist in identifying new business opportunities through online research and market analysis. &bull; Support the team in generating leads through multiple platforms. &bull; Maintain and update client databases and follow up on potential leads. &bull; Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports. &bull; Communicate with clients via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business. &bull; Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve weekly and monthly targets. &bull; Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve BD strategies. Requirements: &bull; Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s program (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). &bull; Strong written and verbal communication skills. &bull; Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts. &bull; Good research skills and attention to detail. &bull; Ability to work independently and in a team environment. &bull; Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel What We Offer: &bull; Practical experience in business development and client communication. &bull; Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals. &bull; Friendly and supportive work environment.
