Job Summary:Full-time bookkeeping position with responsibility for day-to-day entries, periodic government filings, including fuel tax returns and multi-state payroll tax. Assisting and managing all areas of administration and accounting, including A/P, payroll, billing, A/R, bank reconciliations, and collections of multiple entities.This position is the point person for various audits, both internal and external.Experience:<ul><li>3-5 years in a similar position preferred.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues related to closing and profitability.</li><li>Experience in the transportation management, or agriculture industry a plus.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft GP preferred.</li></ul>PLEASE RESPOND WITH RESUME, COVER LETTER, AND SALARY HISTORYPay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
