This position is located in Cincinnati, OH and requires 100% onsite. The HR Business Partner will provide Human Resource counsel to management of assigned area, and ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and governmental regulations. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Provides coaching and counseling to management on human resource issues, recommending solutions consistent with past best practices and Company policies</li><li>Conducts investigations of complaints/charges, prepares documentation for review by Corporate Human Resources and represents Company in resolution process.</li><li>Manages the human capital issues surrounding new business acquisitions and business divestitures.</li><li>Communicates, implements and interprets company policies and procedures as well as benefit and compensation policy.</li><li>Designs, implements and conducts training and education sessions as required by the business needs and/or company.</li><li>Assists in the management of the talent review and succession planning process for the business units. This includes assisting with recruitment and orientation.</li></ul>Desired Skills and Qualifications <ul><li>The successful candidate should have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources and/or 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience and basic computer software and HRIS skills are necessary.</li></ul>Apply now for immediate consideration! Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent with one year of experience in general clerical or accounting clerk</li><li>3-5 years of experience in an HRBP role</li><li>Knowledge of generally accepted administrative practices and procedures</li><li>Ability to learn and follow company process and procedures, including the fundamentals of human resource related record keeping and record retention</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of human resource and other sensitive data</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines consistently with high levels of attention to detail</li><li>Capable of dealing with stressful situations and unhappy customers</li><li>Ability to learn and follow company process and procedures</li><li>Ability to multitask in a busy work environment and to organize and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent customer-service, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience or training the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software applications</li><li>Effective communication skills to communicate with customer and to resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns</li><li>Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a pleasant, business-like, and customer focused manner.
