We&rsquo;re seeking a Jr. Marketing Associate who is highly organized, analytically minded, and detail-oriented to help us execute our growing marketing initiatives. This person thrives on structure, enjoys diving into metrics, and takes ownership of ensuring marketing operations run efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, conferences, and webinars, including registrations and logistics.</li>
<li>Create engaging and strategic social media posts for Buzz Solutions&rsquo; LinkedIn and other platforms to drive visibility and engagement.</li>
<li>Track and report on LinkedIn performance metrics, SEO analytics, and Google Analytics to evaluate and improve campaign results.</li>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote brand awareness.</li>
<li>Keep case studies, marketing collateral, and company materials up to date and organized.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and conduct internal interviews to gather insights and stories for marketing content.</li>
<li>Provide structured, data-driven feedback to enhance marketing campaigns and optimize performance across channels.</li>
<li>Maintain a narrow focus on execution and detail. Ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand objectives.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;3 years of marketing experience (experience in the utility or energy sector is a plus).</li>
<li>Proficiency with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Canva, and CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a detail-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Analytical thinker who enjoys working with metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Experience in event coordination, SEO tracking, or automated marketing workflows preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li>
