<p>BVS, a Reggio-inspired Early Enrichment Center, is seeking a phenomenal Toddler teacher to join our exceptional team. Our program values the natural world, so candidates can expect to enjoy outside time, natural items within the classroom, and a homey feeling at our center.<br>
</p><br>
<p>Our Toddler program runs from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, ensuring that staff are scheduled for 40 hours per week. We are seeking an individual to help develop a child-centered curriculum, model appropriate interactions and caring relationships, and support children in their growth and development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Early Childhood Education, will be a Lead Teacher Qualified, will respect and understand that families play a critical role in our program, and will value a nature-inspired philosophy.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Duties</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist in implementing curriculum activities and encourage children's participation.</li><li>Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, order, and availability of classroom materials.</li><li>Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions and progress reports.</li><li>Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling.</li><li>Help ensure a smooth, daily transition from home to child care center.</li><li>Follow all center policies and state regulations.</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
 <ul><li>CDA, Associate's Degree or Equivalent, and Lead Teacher Qualified in the State of NH.</li><li>
Minimum of 1-2 years of professional child care experience.</li><li>
High energy.</li><li>
 Ability to work well with others.</li><li>
 Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.</li><li>
A strong understanding of child development.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.</li><li>
Must clear a full background check.</li><li>
Must pass health screening.</li></ul>
