<ul><li>2-5 years experience in HR field</li><li>Must have significant expertise in UAE Labor and Immigration process knowledge</li><li>Facilitate and manage all aspects of immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residency permits.</li><li>Support HR functions related to employee onboarding, offboarding and other employee-related services such asGolden Visa, Dependent Visa, Domestic Worker Visa, etc.</li><li>Assisting PR team with various government-related responsibilities.</li><li>Processing visa applications, work permits via MOHRE applications, GDRFA, ICA &amp; Freezone portals.</li><li>Stay updated on UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients, employees, and management.</li><li>Collaborate with legal counsel and government agencies to resolve any immigration-related issues or challenges.</li><li>Assisting with the preparation of required documentation and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure all immigration documents are properly filed and organized.</li><li>Communicate with PR Team and management regarding immigration updates, timelines, and requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement immigration policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in immigration management.</li><li>Assisting in License New / Renewal, License Amendment, License Upgrade and License Cancellation.</li><li>Provide training and support to PR teams and employees on immigration matters.</li><li>Handle any other immigration-related tasks or projects as assigned.</li><li>GPSSA guidelines (Emirati Nationals Pension Scheme) &amp; Labor Card processing of Emirati National employees.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between the organization and various government authorities in UAE, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development (DED), and others as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain records to demonstrate adherence to legal standards.</li><li>Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion to maintain trust and credibility.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month</p>
