PRO Service Industry Sales People are preferred.&middot; We are hiring for Business Development Executive to join our team immediately with PRO Service industry or HR Recruitment sales in UAE is mandatory Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.&middot; Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits &amp; develop new revenue streams.&middot; Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.&middot; Initiate dialogue with key decision-makers (middle-level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).&middot; The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries&middot; Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, UAE Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, Immigration services, etc.)&middot; Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team.&middot; Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services&middot; Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services&middot; Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence&middot; Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
