You&rsquo;ll be designing and scaling the backend services that power our high-performance SaaS platform.<ul><li>Design and build scalable backend systems and services for our high-scale SaaS platform.</li><li>Take ownership of core backend components and APIs, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from technical design to monitoring.</li><li>Innovate by actively contributing new technical ideas and architectural solutions to the team.</li><li>Shape the future of engineering by adopting and helping design AI-powered development workflows.</li><li>Maintain and improve existing Node.js / TypeScript applications, ensuring code quality and security.</li><li>Architect for scale by making decisions focused on performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.</li><li>Evaluate technologies and backend patterns to determine where they add real value to our stack.</li></ul>What you'll bringWe are looking for a backend-focused engineer who thinks in systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment where speed is combined with intelligence.<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in an ICT-related field.</li><li>3+ years of relevant backend software engineering experience, specifically with TypeScript, Node.js,.</li><li>Experience with back-end architecture and system design.</li><li>Experience with building scalable and distributed systems.</li><li>Experience with GitLab, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul>Bonus points:<ul><li>Experience influencing technical direction within a team.</li><li>Experience with AI-assisted development tools or workflows.</li><li>Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures.</li><li>Knowledge of Redis, MySQL, MongoDB.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, including Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Run and Kubernetes.</li></ul>Our DNA: How we workOur values aren't just words on a wall; they are the principles that guide our decisions, actions, and interactions every day.<ul><li>Move smart: Hesitation kills momentum.
