It&rsquo;s a professional logistics role inside a creative production company &mdash; perfect for people who take pride in both precision and presentation.The OpportunityWe&rsquo;re hiring Event Logistics &amp; Warehouse Crew Members who can drive, load, and help set up event d&eacute;cor, furniture, and scenic elements. You&rsquo;ll be trusted with company vehicles, event inventory, and a central role in turning designs into reality.You&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Drive company vehicles (vans to 26' box trucks &mdash; Non-CDL OK).</li><li>Load and secure d&eacute;cor, furniture, and staging safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assist event setup and strike teams on-site.</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness in warehouse and vehicles.</li><li>Perform pre/post-trip vehicle checks and basic maintenance logs.</li><li>Work closely with warehouse leadership and on-site event leads.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Hold a valid Nevada driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Able to lift 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor conditions.</li><li>Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays when events demand it.</li><li>Experience in events, logistics, AV, or d&eacute;cor preferred but not required.</li><li>Most importantly: you take pride in your work and your word.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here<ul><li>Starting pay: $22.50&ndash;$30.00/hr based on experience.</li><li>Full benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k).</li><li>Paid time off and room for advancement.</li><li>Culture of excellence: We hold the Costco mindset &mdash; pay people well, expect excellence, and build loyalty.</li><li>Growth path: Warehouse &rarr; Lead Driver &rarr; Event Production Specialist &rarr; Department roles in scenic, floral, or print.</li><li>Environment: Positive, professional, and creative &mdash; every job is different, and every project matters.</li></ul>The By Dzign WayWe believe in showing up to wow.
