Freelance Female Event Manager (3-Month Contract)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (MUST)Contract Duration: November 2025 - January 2026Type: Freelance / TemporaryAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and creative Freelance Event Manager to plan and execute a premium home d&eacute;cor and lifestyle exhibition in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure every aspect of the event runs smoothly, from initial planning to the final execution.&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage event logistics and timelinesAct as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, vendors, and suppliersOversee event setup and dismantlingHandle budgets, payments, and vendor contractsEnsure compliance with venue and safety regulationsSupervise on-site operations and support event staffAssist with marketing and promotional activities leading up to and during the eventPrepare post-event reports and gather feedback&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;RequirementsProven experience as an Event Manager (preferably with exhibitions or lifestyle events)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressureExcellent vendor management and negotiation skillsFluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)Based in the UAE and available for the entire contract period&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;-Contract DetailsDuration: 3 months (November 2025 - January 2026)Location: Abu DhabiCompensation: Competitive, based on experienceSchedule: Full-time commitment during the contract periodJob Types: Temporary, Contract Contract length: 3 months
