 We are seeking a certified HVAC technician to oversee maintenance operations at our 250-unit apartment community and a sister property of 76 units. This role is responsible for handling HVAC service requests, managing daily maintenance operations, and supervising a small on-site team.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
 
 
 Complete service tickets in a timely and professional manner
 
 
 
 Oversee And Coordinate Maintenance Staff
 
 
 
 1 Make-Ready Technician
 
 
 1 Groundskeeper/Porter
 
 
 1 Janitorial Staff Member
 
 
 Ensure unit turns are completed on schedule
 
 
 Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
 
 
 Enforce safety standards and property policies
 
 
 
 Close work orders
 
 
 
 Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 HVAC Certification required (EPA required)
 
 
 
 Proven Experience In Apartment Maintenance (preferred)
 
 
 
 Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
 
 
 Must supply own tools
 
 
 
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license
 
 
 
 Ability to manage workload and supervise team effectively
 
 
 Rotate on Calls
