 We are looking for a Service Engineer to work with our teams:
 
 
 
 
 
 You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from the Departments of Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Education at universities
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in After-Sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Holding a driver's license, with no travel restrictions
 </li>
 <li>
 Completed military service
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and results-oriented
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing technical support to dealerships to resolve technical issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolving product problems and customer complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting routine dealership visits to ensure compliance with standards in service operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improving dealership repair quality by providing training to dealership employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engaging in technical reporting to the manufacturer to enhance product quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing accessory development initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing vehicle warranty processes
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Assist in visual and content updates on

 and dealer websites
 </li>
 <li>
 Support sprint planning and coordination with software agencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to SEO projects, blog content creation, and cookie management
 </li>
 <li>
 Help prepare and update product pages, price lists, and technical brochures
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in A/B testing and improvement planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Support chatbot content accuracy, flow improvements, and fallback analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in app reporting, localization, and documentation efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Help execute digital communication actions such as pop-ups, push notifications, emailing, and SMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Support dealer onboarding processes and digital dealer engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to digital screen content management and activation at dealerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the facilitating call center communication and coordination regarding the digital experience
 </li>
