We're looking for a hands-on, self-driven Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead content creation, website updates, and social media across our unique company brands. You'll work primarily out of our corporate office in Greensboro, with local travel as needed to visit business locations, gather content, and support brand initiatives. We also offer flexible hours that can be scheduled from your home office, giving you a healthy blend of structure and autonomy. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and shape real marketing impact.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create content for websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.</li><li>Update and manage multiple company websites</li><li>Develop and publish social media content across platforms</li><li>Maintain consistent visuals and messaging across all brands</li><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns without contractors</li><li>Track analytics and report on performance</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams</li><li>Travel locally to capture photos/video, gather content, and support marketing needs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing or digital content</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and basic graphic design skills</li><li>Ability to take direction and work independently</li><li>CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency with major social media platforms</li><li>Highly organized, with strong initiative</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with SEO and analytics tools</li><li>Multi-brand support experience</li><li>Paid advertising experience</li><li>Photography or video editing skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
