<ul><li><b>Care Aides Start At $16.85/</b><b>hr.</b></li>

</div><p><b>Responsibilities and Duties</b></p>
<ul><li>Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining room</li>
<li>Care Aides will assist with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents!</li>
<li>Always communicate in a positive and productive manner with co-workers, families/guardians, and the public</li>
<li>Supporting co-workers and actively participates in team process</li>
<li>Providing complete, accurate and timely documentation</li>
<li>Performing tasks that contribute to the day-to-day operation of the home (such as cooking, cleaning, laundry)</li>
<li>Performing tasks in accordance with Byron Manor Policies and Procedures and that of other regulatory bodies, (CMH, AAA, Reliance, Licensing, Recipient Rights, etc.)</li>
<li>Positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift</li>
<li>Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications and Skills</b></p>
<ul><li>Ability to lift 50lbs</li>
<li>The ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner</li>
<li>Encouraged but not required upon hire: First Aid/ CPR certified 1+ year experience in a similar setting</li>
