What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.</li>
<li>Provide clear, professional communication with customers.</li>
<li>Document all work performed using company procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized work environment.</li>
<li>Participate in the on-call rotation as required.</li>
<li>Represent Byrum Heating & AC with professionalism and integrity.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</li>
<li>EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required).</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer-service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>A positive attitude and strong work ethic.</li>
</ul>
