 We are hiring a Senior Infrastructure Specialist Expert to lead infrastructure design and operations across the client's ISD data centre, cloud, and hybrid estate. The role owns server, storage, network, and virtualisation operations end-to-end, including capacity planning, high availability, and DR.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead operations of enterprise compute (Windows / Linux), storage (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE), and virtualisation (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
 </li>
 <li>
 Own data centre capacity planning and growth forecasting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive infrastructure high availability and disaster recovery design &mdash; including DR runbooks and drills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Govern infrastructure security hardening &mdash; CIS benchmarks, OS patching, configuration baselines.

 Lead hybrid cloud architecture and operations (Azure / AWS connectivity to on-prem).

 Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services.

 Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure licences, support contracts, and refreshes.

 Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Networking.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years' experience in enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, and virtualisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 VMware VCP-DCV mandatory; VCAP / VCDX strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Server expert level &mdash; Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Storage administration on at least one major platform (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, Pure Storage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of network fundamentals (VLAN, routing, firewalls).
 </li>
 <li>
 ITIL v4 Foundation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Native or fluent Arabic AND professional English &mdash; preferred (not mandatory).
