The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in driving digital and on-ground growth initiatives, retailer activation, and engagement through data insights, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.---Key Responsibilities1. Retailer &amp; Vendor GrowthIdentify, onboard, and activate B2B retailers and suppliers across targeted regions.Drive retailer engagement&mdash;ensuring active ordering, repeat purchase, and app adoption.Collaborate with sales and telesales teams to convert non-active retailers into organic users.Monitor GMV, order frequency, and average order value to measure growth success.2. Growth Campaigns &amp; CRMDesign and execute in-app campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and loyalty programs to retain and motivate retailers.Work with marketing to craft growth-focused content and push notifications for targeted retailer segments.Manage A/B testing for pricing, promotion, and communication strategies to optimize conversion.3. Data &amp; Performance TrackingAnalyze retailer cohorts, churn rates, and funnel conversion metrics.Create weekly dashboards tracking KPIs such as new retailer acquisition, active user rate, retention, GMV, and campaign ROI.Use tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or internal dashboards to derive actionable insights.4.
