The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent Excel expertise, and high proficiency in English for reporting and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize revenue and ROIManage arbitrage traffic across DSPs, SSPs, and ad networksAnalyze performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROI, margins) and identify optimization opportunitiesCreate and maintain reports using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)Identify underperforming sources, creatives, or placements and take corrective actionsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign setup and troubleshootingEnsure compliance with platform policies and quality standardsTrack budgets, pacing, and daily performance targetsBenefitsMarket competitive salaryWork from home (remote)5 working days per weekJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
