Summary/Objective
The Yard Specialist operates a variety of equipment, including forklifts and skid steers while working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Yard Specialist is responsible for organizing various types of stone, maintaining the cleanliness of the property, shipping and receiving, and assisting customers.
Essential Functions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside-weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and risks of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

This is a full-time position. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 7am &ndash; 6pm, with occasional Sundays required.

Required Education and Experience
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
2+ years of skid steer experience.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents.

Summary/Objective Under limited supervision, the mechanic position performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment; performs related work as assigned.

Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs vehicles and equipment.
 
Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

Notify Fleet Manager of parts needed.

Experience with welding.
 
Experience or formal training in F550 Ford diesel, one-ton application, 6.0, 6.7, M-8, Cummins, CAT, Komotsu.

Job Summary
The Fleet Office Assistant will perform various clerical duties to support the organization, with a primary focus on accurately taking and processing customer orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently (primary responsibility).</li><li>
Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide assistance as needed.</li><li>
Perform routine clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.</li><li>
Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.</li><li>
