 TASKS &amp; RESPONSIBILITY
 
 
 
 
 Commercial Contracts &amp; Transactions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Independently draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements for the day-to-day operations, including SaaS, vendor, licensing, strategic partnership, and technology contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead negotiations for low and medium-value agreements, escalating only material or strategically sensitive issues to the Head of Legal.

 Product Legal Advisory
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Take day-to-day ownership of legal issues relating to product development, structuring, and end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with product managers and business teams to provide practical guidance that enables innovation while mitigating legal risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and review customer-facing documentation, platform terms and conditions, and clickwrap agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting digital and AI product workstreams, and provide forward-looking advice to product stakeholders, escalating strategic risks to the Head of Legal.
 </li>

 Providing strategic counsel to product positioning.

 Marketing &amp; Customer Engagement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the marketing and CRM team with reviewing and approving marketing, sales, and promotional materials related to products, to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
 </li>

 Provide timely, business-focused advice to marketing and commercial teams on campaign design, customer communications, and promotional claims.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the key day-to-day legal contact for go-to-market strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

 Legal Support
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support the Head of Legal on major strategic projects such as joint ventures, market entry, or large-scale partnerships, and any other ad hoc legal matters overseen by the Head of Legal.

 Provide input to the management team regarding executive decision-making by delivering practical, solution-oriented advice on commercial product and marketing matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of complex issues, preparing detailed and actionable internal memos to guide business decisions.

 </ul>
 
 Operational Excellence &amp; Collaboration

 Deliver training to non-legal teams (sales, product, marketing) to enhance understanding of legal risks and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Head of Legal with the management of external counsel, including instruction, oversight of deliverables, and negotiation of fees, ensuring alignment with budget and value objectives.

 Experience / Personal Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 UK-educated with demonstrable experience in a UK law firm or reputable in-house legal team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in contract drafting, review, and negotiation; able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to media, technology, and communications matters; experience with IP or digital assets is advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with cross-border commercial work or multi-jurisdictional teams is desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conscientious, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident communicator with excellent drafting and written English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong legal research and problem-solving skills; self-starter who finds answers independently.
 </li>

Overview:

Summary
The Marketing Analytics Manager has a strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics and attribution modeling, and is responsible for data pulling and analytics to support the overall marketing team in the measurement of pipeline support. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing technology, data analysis, and project management.
Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

Develops and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics</li><li>
Delivers recurring reports on pipeline trends, partner MDF impact, ABM performance, and conversion metrics</li><li>
Supports MDF-funded partner campaigns (i.e. Cisco, Dell, Genesys, etc.) by tracking influenced and sourced pipeline</li><li>
Creates templates and visualizations to quantify ROI and optimize future co-marketing spend</li><li>
Ensures data integrity and accuracy within marketing systems</li><li>
Conducts data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategy</li><li>
Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize marketing reporting and data analytics</li><li>
Documents standard reporting procedures for marketing leads, pipeline support, and performance</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field</li><li>
5+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or a related role</li><li>
Proficient in the English language (written/verbal)</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)</li><li>
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)</li><li>
