Key Responsibilities&middot; <ul><li>Develop and execute media sales strategies to achieve revenue targets&middot;</li><li>Identify and acquire new advertisers and agency partnerships&middot;</li><li>Manage and grow relationships with existing clients&middot;</li><li>Pitch media plans and customized advertising solutions&middot;</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals&middot;</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution&middot;</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs&middot;</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports&middot;</li><li>Handle assigned territories and travel as required&middot;</li><li>Promote and sell hoarding spaces and outdoor advertisement</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field&middot;</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in Media Sales&middot;</li><li>Strong understanding of media platforms and advertising solutions&middot;</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills&middot;</li><li>Target-driven with strong relationship management abilities</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile&middot; <ul><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets&middot;</li><li>Strong industry contacts and advertiser network&middot;</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets&middot;</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
