Job Purpose:
To coordinate and facilitate scheduling, events, and activities working part-time. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of educational services, ensuring a positive learning environment, and acting as a liaison between students, instructors, and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and other educational events, including scheduling, room bookings, and material preparation.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding program details, schedules, and any changes, or other relevant information.</li><li>
Provide support to students, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and academic needs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, progress and other relevant data.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of educational programs.</li><li>
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.</li><li>
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, instructors, parents, and other stakeholders.</li><li>
Provide administrative support to instructors, such as preparing materials, managing correspondence, and assisting with technology setup.</li><li>
Assist with student inquiries and provide general information about C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s programs and services.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Schedule:
<ul><li>Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday &ndash; Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.
</li></ul>This part-time role offers excellent benefits, including:

Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in educational program coordination.</li><li>
Experience working in a classroom or educational setting.</li><li>

Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.</li><li>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>

To provide high-quality, part-time instruction to students, following C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s curriculum and educational philosophy. This role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student academic growth and development. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.</li><li>
Assess students&rsquo; progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.</li><li>
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.</li><li>
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.</li><li>
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.</li><li>
Adherent to C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s policies and procedures.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned, relevant to the position and the needs of the students.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or higher.</li><li>
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li><li>
Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.</li></ul></div>
