Job Purpose: 
To provide high-quality, part-time instruction to students, following C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s curriculum and educational philosophy. This role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student academic growth and development. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.</li><li>
Assess students&rsquo; progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.</li><li>
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.</li><li>
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.</li><li>
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.</li><li>
Adherent to C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s policies and procedures.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned, relevant to the position and the needs of the students.</li></ul>
Schedule:
<ul><li>Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday &ndash; Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.
</li></ul>This part-time job offers excellent benefits, including:

</li></ul>Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area</li><li>

Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Strong classroom management skills</li><li>
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.</li><li>
Proficiency in using educational technology and software.</li><li>
Demonstrated commitment to student success.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or higher.</li><li>
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li><li>
Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
