Job Purpose: 
To provide high-quality, part-time instruction to students, following C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s curriculum and educational philosophy. This role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student academic growth and development. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.</li><li>
Assess students&rsquo; progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.</li><li>
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.</li><li>
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.</li><li>
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.</li><li>
Adherent to C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s policies and procedures.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned, relevant to the position and the needs of the students.</li></ul>
Schedule:
<ul><li>Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday &ndash; Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.

Job Purpose:
To provide overall leadership and management, ensuring high-quality educational services, student success, and center profitability. This role is responsible for driving student enrollment, managing center staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Center, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment for students and staff.</li><li>
Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment targets and revenue goals for the center.</li><li>
Manage and develop the center&rsquo;s staff, including instructors and administrative personnel, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Conduct student assessments and consultations to determine individual learning needs and develop personalized learning plans.</li><li>
Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and center updates.</li><li>
Manage center finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue reporting.</li><li>
Ensure the center adheres to C2 Education's curriculum standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li>
