<div><p><b>Position Summary:</b>
</p><p>A core member of the C2 GPS&rsquo; Operations Team, The <b>Reporting Analyst </b>designs, develops, and tests database queries and analyzes reports. The RA creates extensive reports, visualizes data, and provides insights and recommendations in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. The RA provides subject matter expertise on all relevant data sources and reporting content.</p>

Essential Functions:</b>
</p><ul><li>Responsible for developing systems, processes and procedures, as needed, for data capture and tracking.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Automates data extraction, transfer, and data mining from various systems and sources.
</li></ul><ul><li>Transfers data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats and visualizes data for diverse audiences.
</li></ul><ul><li>Transforms data into a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors and feedback for service improvement opportunities.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manages reporting and analysis elements on all business initiative projects.
</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoots barriers to obtain meaningful reporting and coordinates resolutions to obtain relevant data to measure performance of key initiatives.
</li></ul><ul><li>Analyzes operational data, builds models, and surfaces actionable insights to drive key decisions for Operations Leadership.
 </li></ul><p><b>Education and Experience:</b>
</p><ul><li>Associates Degree required.
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Data Management/Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
</li><li>Experience interpreting data and making recommendations to senior management.
</li><li>Experience with Python and/or R; deep experience with excel.
</li><li>Experience creating operational dashboards in Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.
</li><li>Experience with SQL a plus.
</li><li>Experience with SharePoint a plus.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and proof of insurance with good driving record</li>
