 About the Role:
 
 
 
 As a Marketing Specialist at Cloud Spaces, you&rsquo;ll be a key contributor to our marketing department, driving initiatives and executing campaigns specifically for our Saudi locations. You&rsquo;ll manage social media, digital campaigns, search ads, and community events, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels targeting the KSA market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize social media platforms and search advertising campaigns, including performance tracking and content optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize community and networking events, coordinating with key speakers, influencers, and partners to enhance audience experience and drive footfall.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct post-event analysis to measure success and inform future strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all projects align with creative plans and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage partnerships with aggregators, real estate agents, and government entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze social media and influencer program metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
 </li>

 Coordinate with external marketing agencies to execute campaigns efficiently.
 </li>

 Requirements:

 Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in business centers, coworking, or hospitality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in designing and executing marketing campaigns.

 Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in marketing platforms (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
