<div><div><p>C3EL is seeking a System Administrator Tier III Support to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, you'll provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise-level systems and networks. You'll ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure by applying updates, monitoring server health, and leveraging enterprise management tools. As a key member of our technical team, you'll help maintain seamless operations while ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security requirements.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Possess expert-level knowledge in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Domain Name Service (DNS).</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2008(R2) and Windows Server 2003.</li>
<li>Strong experience in the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange environments, specifically Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of backup solutions, including Symantec Backup Exec and NetApp SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP) Manager.</li>
<li>Skilled in assessing and applying vendor security patches and updates.</li>
<li>Proficient with enterprise storage technologies such as Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS).</li>
<li>Experience with server performance optimization and use of monitoring tools.</li>
<li>Competent in utilizing server configuration and management platforms, including Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).</li>
<li>Solid network troubleshooting capabilities and foundational networking knowledge.</li>
<li>Capable of producing clear and detailed technical documentation.</li>
<li>Familiar with developing and executing action plans for both planned and unplanned changes to network infrastructure.</li></ul><br>

<div><div><div><ul><li>An active, in-scope US Government issued <b>Secret</b> clearance with SCI eligibility.</li>
<li>Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, <b>U.S. Citizenship is required</b>.</li>
<li>Must have <b>one (1)</b> of the following required certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.</li>
<li>Minimum of <b>three (3)</b> years of hands-on experience in Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 systems administration.</li>
<li>Minimum of <b>two (2)</b> years of experience in a military environment.</li>
<li>Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.</li></ul><br>

<div><div><p>C3EL is seeking a Help Desk Tier I Support to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues by providing timely troubleshooting, guidance, and support for computers, networks, and related systems. You'll deliver clear, customer-focused assistance while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform laptop imaging and deployment.</li>
<li>Conduct basic IP and network connectivity troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Create and manage user accounts within a Microsoft domain environment.</li>
<li>Add and remove computers from the domain.</li>
<li>Assign users to appropriate groups and apply necessary permissions.</li>
<li>Create and manage Exchange mailboxes.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve user email-related issues.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and configure printers, including mapping shared printers.</li>
<li>Document all support actions and troubleshooting steps for reporting and tracking purposes.</li></ul><br>

</li><li>Must have <b>one (1)</b> of the following required certifications: A+CE or CCNA-Security or CND or Network+ CE or SSCP.</li>
<li>Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.</li></ul><br>
