Description:</b></h2>
<p>
C3EL is seeking a cleared and experienced professional to join our team at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait. The Senior Telecommunications Technician will be responsible for the terminals supporting the SLC3S-A (Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications System - Airborne), providing executive airborne communications supporting world-wide command and control capabilities to US Government Senior Leaders (i.e., the President of the United States (POTUS); Vice President of the United States (VPOTUS); Secretary of Defense (SECDEF); Secretary of State (SECSTATE); Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS); Unified Combatant Commanders (COCOMs); and their staffs as well as other Government senior leaders).</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must possess knowledge and experience with both tactical and commercial communications equipment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of strategic SATCOM terminals and associated frequency bands, including C, Ku, X, and Ka.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the operation and application of test equipment used for diagnosing and maintaining communication systems.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of strategic UHF communication systems.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills are required.</li></ul><br>

Minimum Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Active, in-scope Secret clearance.</li>
<li>U.S. citizenship.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting the installation, repair, troubleshooting, or maintenance of communications-electronic systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Must have at least two (2) years of experience operating in a tactical environment, with hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of antenna controllers, Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPA), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) and Low Noise Blocks (LNB), up/down converters, and Fiber Optic, Coaxial, and Ethernet cabling.</li>
<li>Proficient in working with Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) and Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) satellite modems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience and expertise in both commercial and military satellite acquisition procedures.</li>
<li>Proficiency with commercial TDMA and Demand Assigned Multiple Access (DAMA) modems is required.</li>
<li>Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid U.S. passport.</li></ul><br>

The Senior Logistician will be responsible for the management of the flow of resources between the point of origin and the point of destination in order to meet some requirements. It involves the integration of information flow, material handling, production, packaging, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and often security. Will also support a range of commonly used VSAT SATCOM and baseband (Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), and Third Data Packages) systems.

  Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

   Facilitate maintenance and warranty repairs.
  </li>

   Manage equipment spares inventory.

   Oversee packaging and shipping processes (inbound and outbound).
  </li>

   Maintain tracking and status updates for maintenance actions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Track equipment assets and warranty status.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage equipment repair turnaround times in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the SMC for reporting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Apply knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management framework and adhere to guidance from the Designated Approval Authority (DAA).
