<div><div><p>C3EL is seeking a System Administrator Tier II Support to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you'll provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise-level systems and networks. You'll ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure by applying updates, monitoring server health, and leveraging enterprise management tools. As a key member of our technical team, you'll help maintain seamless operations while ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security requirements.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide Tier II system administration support, including troubleshooting escalated issues from Tier I.</li>
<li>Monitor system health, performance, and availability, ensuring mission-critical systems remain operational.</li>
<li>Implement security patches, configuration changes, and updates to maintain compliance with DoD standards.</li>
<li>Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies.</li>
<li>Perform routine server backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system restores when required.</li>
<li>Support the configuration and deployment of servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Maintain and enforce best practices across systems and networks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with network, security, and help desk teams to resolve complex technical issues.</li>
<li>Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge continuity.</li></ul><br>

</div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></h2>
<div><div><div><ul><li>An active, in-scope US Government issued <b>Secret</b> clearance with SCI eligibility.</li>
<li>Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, <b>U.S. Citizenship is required</b>.</li>
<li>Must have <b>one (1)</b> of the following required certifications: Security+ CE, CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge and familiarity with reviewing and deploying vendor updates for security patches.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge with storage technologies such as Storage Area Network (SAN) or Network Attached Storage (NAS).</li>
<li>Must have knowledge with server performance tuning and monitoring tools.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge with server configuration and management tools (Microsoft System Center Operations manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)).<br>
</li>
<li>Must have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks.</li>
<li>Must have technical documentation skills.</li></ul><br>

<div><div><p>C3EL is seeking a Help Desk Tier I Support to join our team in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues by providing timely troubleshooting, guidance, and support for computers, networks, and related systems. You'll deliver clear, customer-focused assistance while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform laptop imaging and deployment.</li>
<li>Conduct basic IP and network connectivity troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Create and manage user accounts within a Microsoft domain environment.</li>
<li>Add and remove computers from the domain.</li>
<li>Assign users to appropriate groups and apply necessary permissions.</li>
<li>Create and manage Exchange mailboxes.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve user email-related issues.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and configure printers, including mapping shared printers.</li>
<li>Document all support actions and troubleshooting steps for reporting and tracking purposes.</li></ul><br>

<div><div><div><ul><li>An Active, in-scope US Government issued <b>Secret</b> clearance.</li>
<li>Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, <b>US Citizenship is required.</b></li>
<li>Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience with IT systems.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of four (4) years in IT customer support.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a military environment.</li>
<li>Must have one (1) of the following required certifications: A+CE or CCNA-Security or CND or Network+CE or SSCP.</li>
<li>Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.</li></ul><br>
