We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic, multi-tasking person to manage online sales, DMs, order dispatch, and daily brand operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage Instagram, WhatsApp &amp; Facebook inbox (fast replies)</li></ul><ul><li>Convert DMs into sales</li></ul><ul><li>Handle order packing &amp; courier dispatch</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate photoshoots and content (reels, posts)</li></ul><ul><li>Update Daraz &amp; website listings</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain inventory &amp; stock records</li></ul><ul><li>Customer service &amp; follow-ups for repeat sales</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be responsible, loyal, and presentable</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Basic experience with online sales or social media</li></ul><ul><li>Understands Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic Canva</li></ul><ul><li>Should own a smartphone and know how to type/respond fast</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>&#8360; 50K&ndash;55K Base Salary</li></ul><ul><li>Plus Commission on Sales</li></ul><ul><li>Fuel allowance (for tasks/market work if needed)</li></ul><ul><li>Growth-based increments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
