The ideal candidate will have experience with blueprint reading, construction site work, and a variety of maintenance person tasks. If you have a background in remodeling, construction plumbing, pipe threading, and possess skills in assembling, building , we want to hear from you.**Responsibilities:**- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely repairs- Perform inspections to identify worn or damaged parts- Assemble and disassemble plumbing components- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment**Qualifications:**- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings- Knowledge of construction plumbing and pipe threading techniques- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments- Strong skills in assembling and building mechanical components- Welding experience is a plusThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your mechanical expertise will be valued. Looking for someone that wants to grow with a plumbing company that is on the rise . Must know how to rough in residential and commercial projects. Must know how to install all types of fixtures along with troubleshooting problems if needed. Installing water heaters is a must . Must know how to tackle all types of plumbing problems if needed. Experience with gastite, polypipe and steel pipe for gas installs . Experience with working with the propress , copper and pex material as well .
