Responsibilities • Review architectural and civil plans and prepare quantity needs.• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.• Prepares architectural and civil specifications and bill of quantities for projects.• perform quantity verification and review of existing BOQs. Qualifications • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • Proven experience in a senior civil engineering role, preferably within a consultancy environment. • In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.• Excellent project management and organisational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.
