Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, hassle-free licensed home inspection services for buyers, sellers, and realtors.DutiesIn your role as a Licensed Home Inspector you will be responsible for:- Home inspection- Commercial inspection- Termite inspection- Radon testing- Well water quality testing- Septic inspectionYour job will be to accurately document inspection findings through detailed reports and photographs, while identifying potential issues and recommend corrective actions.Qualifications● Valid State of Ohio home inspector license in good standing; successful completion of state-required education/examination.● Valid driver&rsquo;s license and good driving record.● High school diploma or equivalent.● Minimum 1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; practical experience in home inspection, construction, remodeling, or trades strongly preferred.● Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.● Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and professionally.● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy● Solid record of on-time arrival at customer&rsquo;s site.Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearLicense/Certification:<ul><li>driver's license (Preferred)</li><li>Home Inspection License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
