About Us C.Bonz is a Malibu-based apparel and embroidery brand known for premium personalization, thoughtful design, and a high-touch customer experience. We are expanding and need a reliable, organized Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day shop flow.Role Overview This role supports the production managerby keeping orders organized, communicating with customers, assisting with fulfillment, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly.Responsibilities<ul><li>Organize and track daily orders, prioritizing deadlines and special requests</li><li>Assist with fulfillment: folding, tagging, packaging, and preparing shipments</li><li>Respond to customer emails (order questions, timelines, customization inquiries)</li><li>Maintain inventory of blanks, thread, and packaging materials</li><li>Prepare garments for embroidery (loading, hooping assistance, labeling)</li><li>Keep the shop clean, orderly, and running efficiently</li><li>Support production manager with workflow coordination and admin tasks</li><li>Assist with in-store customer pickups and occasional events</li><li>Operate embroidery machines for basic orders when needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Extremely organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and proactive</li><li>Strong written communication skills</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment</li><li>Tech-friendly (email, Shopify, basic order systems)</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm when it&rsquo;s busy</li><li>Experience in retail, fulfillment, or operations a plus but not required</li><li>Must work onsite in Malibu</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>From $22/hr depending on experience</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Opportunities for Growth</li><li>Creative, positive work environment</li></ul>Pay: From $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
