Position: Production Coordinator (Artwork &amp; Order Processing)Department: Design Reports To: Operations / Art LeadRole SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Dye Sublimation Production Coordinator to support our order and production workflow. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, technical, and time-management skills who enjoys structured processes and accuracy.This is not a creative design position. The focus is on execution, organization, and error prevention.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder &amp; Artwork Preparation<ul><li>Review orders and original mocks for accuracy before production begins</li><li>Verify sizes, placement, proportions, colors, and order details match the approved mock</li><li>Prepare and organize artwork files for overseas production partners</li><li>Break down complex orders into clear, straightforward instructions</li><li>Complete and delegate orders as needed</li></ul>Template &amp; File Management<ul><li>Use Adobe Illustrator to adjust templates, sizing, and proportions as needed</li><li>Ensure files follow established standards and naming conventions</li><li>Maintain organized digital file structures for all orders</li></ul>Production Coordination<ul><li>Ensure all required information is included before files are sent overseas</li><li>Communicate clearly when information is missing or incorrect</li><li>Track deadlines and keep work aligned with the production schedule</li></ul>Quality Control<ul><li>Catch errors before production (wrong size, incorrect placement, missing details)</li><li>Confirm final files match the approved mock exactly</li><li>Follow internal checklists and SOPs every time</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Traits&#10004; Extremely detail-oriented &#10004; Highly organized and process-driven &#10004; Strong time management and ability to keep up with a schedule &#10004; Comfortable working with repetitive, structured tasks &#10004; Able to follow written procedures and checklists &#10004; Strong communication when something doesn&rsquo;t look rightNice to Have (Not Required):<ul><li>Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Experience in production art, print prep, or order processing</li><li>Experience working with overseas vendors or structured workflows</li></ul>(Adobe Illustrator skills can be trained &mdash; attention to detail cannot.)Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 &ndash; 55.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Title: Junior Production Designer (Print &amp; Order Support)We are hiring a Junior Production Designer to support daily print production by preparing files, organizing DTF sheets, assisting with size runs, and helping process orders accurately and on time.This is a technical, execution-based role. The focus is on accuracy, organization, and following schedules, not creative design or concept work.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Follow the schedules on click up</li><li>Set up and organize logos for DTF printing, as well as jersey template files</li><li>Arrange files into gang sheets following SOPs</li><li>Assist with size running and daily order preparation</li><li>Verify sizing, details, and placement against approved mocks</li><li>Make basic adjustments in Adobe Illustrator (templates, sizing, proportions)</li><li>Organize and name files correctly</li><li>Follow production schedules and meet strict deadlines</li><li>Flag issues before printing or production</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:&#10004; Strong attention to detail &#10004; Organized and process-driven &#10004; Comfortable working from SOPs and checklists &#10004; Able to manage time and stay on schedule &#10004; Basic computer skills; Adobe Illustrator exposure is a plusThis role does not require creative design skills.This Role Is NOT:<ul><li>Creating artwork from scratch</li><li>A creative decision-making role</li></ul>Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 &ndash; 55.0 per weekWork Location: In person
