Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in supervising daily MEP maintenance activities across rides, attractions, show buildings, F&amp;B outlets, retail shops, and back-of-house facilities.</li><li>Support inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repair works of HVAC systems, pumps, plumbing systems, lighting, electrical panels, and related equipment.</li><li>Monitor AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, chilled water systems, and electrical distribution performance.</li><li>Review and update maintenance checklists and ensure PPM schedules are followed.</li><li>Assist in reading drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to support maintenance tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with technicians to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure compliance with municipality, civil defense, and internal HSE standards.</li><li>Provide on-ground engineering support during park operational hours.</li><li>Assist in responding promptly to MEP-related complaints or emergency breakdowns.</li><li>Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water) and report abnormalities.</li><li>Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance logs and documentation in CMMS.</li><li>Participate in daily technical briefings and toolbox talks.</li><li>Support coordination with contractors for specialized maintenance works</li><li>Assist in verifying work completion and quality before sign-off.</li><li>Ensure contractors comply with park safety regulations.</li><li>Monitor spare parts usage and report stock requirements.</li><li>Assist in tracking maintenance KPIs (downtime, response time, task completion rate).</li><li>Prepare basic reports for Senior Engineer/Technical Manager review.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives within the MEP department.</li></ul>* Must Have the knowledge of:-Carrier HAP Software-Ducily Layout (Visily layout)-Autocad expert-Revit-3D Model*Minimum have 1 year of experience in QatarPay: QAR2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
